1. Why is POE film superior to standard EVA for Finland's snow-reflective environment?
Finland's long winter seasons generate significant ground albedo (snow reflection), boosting light absorption on the rear side of bifacial modules. This requires backing materials with low water vapor transmission rates (WVTR) and high resistance to Potential Induced Degradation (PID). While traditional EVA can degrade and release acetic acid in humid or high-reflection environments, POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) is chemically inert, has a WVTR nearly 10 times lower than EVA, and maintains excellent dielectric properties, guaranteeing a 25-to-30-year lifetime under harsh conditions.

The scanning sensor continuously measures film thickness and feeds back the data to the central PLC system. The system automatically adjusts the power of the thermal expansion bolts to modify the lip gap in real-time, keeping thickness variations under ±2% for EVA, POE, and EPE films.
3. What is the process for customizing a solar frame line for extreme wind and snow load conditions?
To withstand wind and snow load conditions in Nordic regions, we supply specialized Polyurethane structural framing extrusion lines. The polyurethane composite contains high fiber content (up to 80% fiberglass reinforcement), requiring specific screw configurations and vacuum calibration systems. This formulation provides high tensile strength, low weight, and zero thermal conduction, avoiding the ice buildup common on traditional aluminum solar frames.
